That pivot began with the launch of Elite Property Investments in 2015, a home re-development company focused on acquiring, renovating, and reselling properties for profit. From day one, Jonathan approached the business with the vision to scale. Projects included single & multi-family homes as well as condo conversions, turning these underutilized assets into high-value properties and reinvigorating neighborhoods along the way.
As he steadily expanded his footprint, Jonathan diversified his portfolio and ventured into Land Development-Entitlement and Wholesaling, consistently demonstrating an ability to spot and capitalize on unique market opportunities. He became a staple at local auctions and sheriff sales. In parallel, Jonathan built his reputation on the Brokerage side with NJR Group, a Boutique Real Estate firm where they specialized in Commercial Real Estate all along the Gold Coast in Bergen & Hudson County, NJ. Here, he combined his Investment expertise with Brokerage services, offering clients a unique edge when navigating both traditional and complex transactions. Whether it was Residential, Commercial, Land Acquisition & Entitlement, or Land Development, he proved time and again that he could close deals others couldn’t. In 2020, he then transitioned to EXP Realty, with the aim of growing a Residential team. He led The Guzman Group for 5 years.
